Returns, Exchanges, Shipping Policies
All of our products are made just for you at the time of order. This benefits you in several ways: we are able to provide you with my vast portfolio of art and designs, so you will not be seeing one design everywhere you go... we consider our way of manufacturing a way to give you semi custom products.
Because our products are custom made for you, only if there is a defect in the product which is reported to us within 48 hours of receipt (contact by email only to ), can we take care of a return/exchange
To be eligible for a return/exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.. We will send you return/exchange instructions. Do not make an unauthorized return. You can return damaged merchandise for a replacement only.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the delivery time for your replacement
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
DELIVERY TIMES: Our products are manufactured in different locations with different delivery times. Your order may come in multiple boxes. Our delivery times are estimates only. Because of this, we do not offer expedited deliveries. You should expect to receive products, in most cases, within 3 weeks if not sooner. You will be notified once your shipment is on its way.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 2195 Main Street Glastonbury Connecticut US 06033. Do not return your product until you receive an email back from us approving a return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
